Extraordinary Service
The staff could not have been more friendly and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible, The location was centrally located to many restaurants and attractions. Exceptional tours included Racontours, Confederacy Bike Tour and the Movie Tour. Exceptional meals at Commander's Palace, NOLA, and Deanie's Seafood! The breakfast at Mother's was excellent as well! Cafe DuMonde cannot be missed! The WWII Museum was beyond description - a must visit when in New Orleans. Air Tran proved to be an excellent experience in terms of promptness and service. The only negative was the gate locations in Atlanta between connecting flights was quite a distance. Other than that, a great trip all around!

great location, not so great lobby experience
Great view, location, staff. But....renovations in the whole downstairs area were VERY obnoxious both in smell, sound and convenience. Was disappointed that no mention was made of this and also no allowances or perks give for putting up with it. I was on the 16th floor and could still hear and feel the drilling!

Great Getaway
Beautiful hotel. Staff was great, especially with ongoing construction. Hotel has unique advantage of great jazz at I-Club within hotel.

Great Vacation Spot
Excellent location, staff very pleasant & kept clean. Bourbon Street close enough to walk far enough away to sleep. We were able to walk all over the Quarter and visit an number of places.

AWESOME GIRL'S TRIP!!!!

Perfect location. Great Stay. Close to everything
we stayed there for 3 nights. Location is perfect, just bourbon street and french quarter is right across from canal street. Street cars at doorstep. French market, restaurants, ferry are steps away. I'd say this could be one of the best location you can ever get. Hotel staff were helpful, we booked a swamp tour which is same price as the street booth. but pick up is right from the hotel. Conceirge dinning recommendations fwas also great!. i would highly recommend this to everyone
