I really enjoyed my stay I actually stay at a lot of places on the quarter and I really liked this one!!! The location was amazing the room wasn't expected at all it's amazingly nice very homly the kurigs everywhere made it amazing. U enter a little door and there is like 3 or so rooms and it's like your private escape of the heat. The bathrooms are super big if you like almost everything there for you and customer service to leave you alone completely but be very helpful when call on them then it's your place!!!

Inn at St. Peter's

Would recommend Tue, Aug 19, 2014
We were warmly greeted, the room was elegant and beautiful, if small. the full size bed made European style and the bathroom was tiled. It was at street level, so the windows were shuttered, not much light. The location was great. The walk up St. Peter's street to the water front is convenient and interesting, Bourbon Street just a few blocks away. We were happy with our stay and the value for the money.

Great place for couples

Would recommend Fri, Aug 15, 2014
Had a great experience. Staff was very friendly and informative. Small, but clean room with nice furniture and comfortable bed. Far enough away from Bourbon Street (so outside noise was no problem), but close enough so that walking was no issue. Would definitely stay at the Inn on St. Peter again.

Dining

Eat at the Praline Connection on Frenchmen Street. Entrees range from $12-20. Portions are ample, and the food is really great.

One night stop in the Quarter

Would recommend Sun, Jun 15, 2014
The Inn on Saint Peter is in a good location to visit the French Quarter. The room was small for any more than two but I think most of the old places in the area are like that. The rain came in the room the next morning and we waded an ankle deep puddle to leave. I'd probably stay again anyway.

Dining

Got visit Cafe du Monde for a bigniet or you haven't done NOLA.

Great Location and Hotel!

Would recommend Mon, Oct 1, 2012
The hotel is very convenient to the French Quarter. We walked all over the city from this location without any issues. There are many restaurants and bars very close. The staff went out of their way to get a room ready for us after we arrived several hours before check-in time. The room was very nice with wood floors and very spacious stone bathroom. I would definitely reccommend this hotel as it was a great deal and a very nice place.

Inn on St. Peter Street - New Orleans French Quarter

Would recommend Sat, Sep 8, 2012
I stayed only one overnight, for oral argument to the Louisiana Supreme Court, so my experience is limited. My small room was mostly filled by the king size bed in this 200+ year old building, but it was very nice, original wood floor, huge window behind original shutters on ground floor facing the street in a quiet residental part of the French Quarter, painted original native brick facade forming the street side wall. There is no hotel parking, but independent protected parking is available in the area $20 to $35 for 24 hours. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Modern wave-card locks, nice large flat tv, nice bathroom fixtures. The only glitch was inability to make a long distance call from the room telephone, when I had temporarily lost my mobile. This should have been possible but there were no instructions and the night auditor wasn't able to supply any that worked, however he let me make a call from the front desk. The price was very reasonable and the location was great, quiet but near the action. I have stayed in many downtown New Orleans hotels, and would happily stay at this one again.

Money saver

The Inn on St. Peter Street is on the opposite side of the French Quarter from the Mississippi River levee and Moon Walk, but that is where I chose to park and lock my car overnight for $20, versus $35 in a hotel tower closer by, because my morning business was on that side of the Quarter, putting me near my car when I was done. I checked my bag at the front desk, made the five-block walk to the Supreme Court, from there the three-block walk to my car, and drove back to the hotel loading zone for my bag. Quiet cocktails, entertainment, and dining if desired is only two blocks from this hotel at the Bombay Club in the Prince Conti Inn.

Birthday Weekend Getaway

Would recommend Mon, Aug 13, 2012
The location of the hotel was perfect, it was within walking distance to the bourbon street, jackson square, cafe du monde etc. The guest house was great, a real new orleans french quarter experience, our room faced the courtyard and was very cute. Wood floors, updated bathroom and a comfy bed. The rooms are small but that is expected in the french quarter guest houses. The downside was parking, there is no parking on site, you have to use public parking with was several blocks south of the guest house, it was a 24 hour security parking garage so your car is safe. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Dining

If you are hungry late at night, early in the morning, a quick snack from Dante's pizza on St. Peter is a great place.
