we were only in New Orleans for one night attending HS football state championship game. From what we saw that one night I ... would definately stay here again. Check was very quick even with all the people in town for the state championship games. The staff was very friendly. The room was really a suite with bedroom door you could close not just a fridge and couch shoved into a regular hotel room. The best part is the location. It's right there in the french quarter so just valet the car and put on your walking shoes and hope it's not raining. (it rained on us - but walk anyway! Just watch out for passsing cars they can throw quit a wake up onto the side walk! we had a great time and I'm looking forward to staying in this hotel next time.

one block from Bourbon Street and one block from Canal Street there is something for almost anyone within walking distance. My hint is: if you have to walk in the rain as the streets fill with water, when cars drive pass you, to avoid the wake step onto the window ledge of the closest window until the wake passes. If there's no window I hope you wore your rubber boots!

Nola hotel not what it appears
Greek Girl Travel Dec 2, 2009
Hotel was dirty with worn out carpets and bed coverings. They did not even have but two small pillows for the king bed. The ... fold out sofa in the suite was broken and filthy. We had to get our own bell cart and carry every thing to the room ourselves because they were so very short staffed. Never would we stay here again at any price.
