Needed Get Away
Beautiful, well done renovations. Loved the courtyard with a heated pool. The location couldn't be better. We parked our car and didn't need it until we left. Parking or the card did cost $30. Breakfast was nice. Great time - We will return.

The Staff was so nice.
Have been going to The Quarter for several years and this was the first stay at Le Marais. Our room was very nice, clean, comfortable etc. The morning continental breakfast was great, plenty of choices and all good. Loved the courtyard and pool area. You are half a block from all the excitement of Bourbon and the courtyard is so quiet. The staff was so nice. From the moment we checked in until we checked out three days later, the staff was wonderful. Can't wait to go back!

Gorgeous, true boutique style hotel!!!
We absolutely loved this hotel!!! It was so clean, well apppointed, comfortable, and so well designed. A truly Old World European feel in modern, sleek accomodations. The bar, Vive, is very nice with a great selection of specialty drinks. The courtyard is so beautiful and serene; the furnishings divine. We will stay here again, and we are locals!!! Great location, breakfast, everything!!!

The Pelican Club is so close for delicious dining in an upscale environment! A local favorite. K Pauls is very close as well. There are many dining options very close to the hotel!!!

Great Stay
Stayed for 3 nights and couldn't have asked for a quieter, cleaner hotel right in the Quarter. Two complimentary cocktails of our choice and complimentary breakfast each day made it a great value. The modern decor only made it more attractive knowing our room was modern and clean and up to date. Shower was amazing! Location was perfect and staff helpful in getting transportation and recommending places to eat. Frankly in the Quarter even the smallest deli has amazing food! We would definitely stay again. This is probably our 10th trip to the Quarter and couldn't have been any better

Try Cafe Beignet on Royal. Cafe Dumonde is jammed during morning hours. Go to Cafe Beignet its delightful. Go to DuMonde for dessert in the evening!

New Orleans Hotel
The renovated hotel was nice, personally I prefered the older less "swanky" St Marie Antonette. But my husband and I decided to pay double what we used to pay and check it out. Its great if you are looking for a nice weekend hotel, but it does not really offer anything special. It is feet from Bourbon St and located in a middle of the Beautiful French Quarter. The staff was nice but again nothing special. Was it worth the 200 we paid for 1 night, no.

Great Location
The Hotel from start to finish was one of the best lodging experiences we have ever had. From the front desk to chamber maids, bartenders, and the breakfast crew. Would highly recommend this Hotel for anyone wishing to stay within the French Quarter, but still have the peace and quiet when desired. Would be remiss without mentioning Elbert at the front desk. Whatever was needed, he was there. Will definitely be going back to this Hotel.

21st birthday in the Big Easy
Everything was outstanding. I could not have asked for a better place to stay right off Bourbon Street. It was convienient to everythng. It was a great 21st birthday for everyone there.

Great location for having fun
We walked around the French Quarter, since the hotel is located in an insuperable place. It is at walking distance from the aquarium, the Mississippi river, the French Market,etc. We did a tour on a steamboat and also toured the city on streetcars. I recommend to learn something about the city before go just to take advantage of the typical attractions of the city.

Clean, Modern & Perfect Location
If you've visited the French Quarter before, you know that it can be loud, dirty and fairly stinky. Hotel le Marais was none of those things! It is located in the middle of Bourbon and Royal Streets and is in the perfect spot. I have no idea how long the hotel has been in business, but it looks brand spanking new. Everything was modern and had a lot of character. Be aware before you go that parking can be an issue. They only offer valet parking service and there is not a dedicated place to park to unload. You just sort of have to stop in the middle of the street or pull over in a no parking area. That's it, that's my only complaint! A rival hotel is across the street on the corner of Bourbon and Conti--I'd pick Hotel le Marais any day! I can't wait to go back!

Next door to the hotel is a restaurant called Oceana. I definitly recommend the red beans and rice.
