Fine dining, lavish rooms and Southern hospitality at this Big Easy gem
Standing tall and majestic, the Crown Plaza New Orleans French Quarter is a luxurious hotel that is conveniently located close to many of the treasures located throughout this historic city. For business travelers, the hotel boasts 32,000 square feet of space for events as well as a business center and free Wi-Fi in the lobby. Also located on the premises is Dickie Brennan's Bourbon House Restaurant and Seafood Bar, where travelers are able to enjoy some fantastic local seafood. For swimmers, a beautiful saltwater pool is a great place to exercise or relax.

Great Location and Great Staff
We chose this hotel because of location and price. It was worth the money being in the middle of the French quarter. The staff was also extremely helpful and flexible.

Superb Location, food - Valet hectic
The location is great for FQ walkers. We never got our car until we were ready to check out. Valets were nice, but it took forever to get car because of where they had to park, and can get very hectic at busy times. I guess thats what you give up for the great address right on Canal and Bourbon. Everything is in walking distance, and the Restaurant in the hotel was great. Newer TV's would be a nice touch, along with some variety of pillows. But I would definately stay there again.

If u like oysters dont stand in line at ACME. The Bourbon house in the hotel has a great oyster bar as does Felixs and Oceana which are very close walk.

A good place and good location
Good experiecne and the hotel has a great location just off burbon street. However, the noise from the neighbouring spots is high and I had to sleep with ear plugs to avoid the noise. Parking service is provided through valet parking and it was abut 30 dollars for half a day.

Good location and comfortable rooms.
Great front desk and concierge staff. Thoughtful housekeeping staff. Roomy rooms. $31/day valet parking (with delays and tips tied to each time you needed your car) rather than an attached garage for guests was the only thing we did not like. Food options in the hotel were too costly for a family with two teens with big appetites.

Perfect location!
This is perfect location if you want to party on Bourbon street but still have a nice room!

Great Hotel. perfect location
The front desk and security seemed to be polite but not very competent. Had to provide names and IDs twice "our system made a mistake". Got a check out bill which was twice as high, by another mistake. Everything was resolved at the end.

nice and clean
was a very nice getaway weekend attended a nice festival weather was beautiful,only complaint is the room was not cool enough the ac did not work well.But all an all was good trip!

Most of your sighteseeing can be done using public transportation or by walking. We parked our truck for several days and didn't have to use it.
