Fine dining, lavish rooms and Southern hospitality at this Big Easy gem
Standing tall and majestic, the Crown Plaza New Orleans French Quarter is a luxurious hotel that is conveniently located close to many of the treasures located throughout this historic city. For business travelers, the hotel boasts 32,000 square feet of space for events as well as a business center and free Wi-Fi in the lobby. Also located on the premises is Dickie Brennan's Bourbon House Restaurant and Seafood Bar, where travelers are able to enjoy some fantastic local seafood. For swimmers, a beautiful saltwater pool is a great place to exercise or relax.

Great location & staff, easy check-in
Very convenient location. On the corner of Bourbon St. We were asked at check-in if we were bothered by noise, since I was on a bachelorette party I said no. We were given a room with a Bourbon St view, but if you were thinking of paying for this feature, it isn't worth it. The noise was more than I expected but I didn't have any trouble sleeping. The beds and room were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely book here again. Valet parking put us on a shuttle bus to get our vehicle instead of bringing it to us.

On Bourbon St.
My wife and I visited the French Quarters during our stay. When we pulled up we were greeted with a very friendly valet staff. The lady at the counter was also friendly and helpful. The room was clean but there was some previous cosmetic damage to some of the furniture and the shower rod was also damaged. The best part about this hotel is the location. It is on the corner of Bourbon and Canal. If Bourbon Street is your scene then this is a great place to stay.

Great Location, Great Trip
The hotel is located in the French Quarter right next to Burbon Street so you're right near all of the action! The hotel was just re-renovated so everything looks pretty clean. You don't spend any time in the rooms other than to sleep or shower so it was exactly what we were looking for.

We went to lunch at Brennans which was DELICIOUS. The staff was amazingly friendly and we ate delicious breakfast dishes while sipping on champagne!

Excellent Stay
We enjoyed out stay at the Crown plaza. We were there for the weekend and we loved the service, the facilities and the convience of being in the middle of all the action. The street car was right in front of the hotel which made it easy and fun to travel on St. Charles.
