Very nice place to stay
The pool was very small, about the size of a large hot tub. When we arrived the woman behind the counter was rude to my wife. The rest of the staff at the hotel was super nice and helpful. Parking was $25 / day. The location was great and we could walk to Bourbon Street. Our room was clean and the AC kept it comfortable. I would use this hotel again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Great Stay, Great Hotel
This being my first time in NOLA I was unsure of the hotels in the area. Going in this blind I was scared, but the hotel was Great. 2 ladies we encountered we rude but all the other staff was great. We got to see an Actor (Williem Dafoe) bc he was staying there. The breakfast was amazing and it was nice we didnt have to go out. They exceed the normal bagels that other hotels serve. They offered waffles, eggs, cereal, juice, coffee and much more. The room was a little small but very clean and nice furniture. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. Location was great. Just blocks from everything. The hotel was very clean and the staff was always ensuring it stayed this way. Valet parking was wonderful and worth 26.00/day. Valet staff was professional and on their toes at all times. This hotel was worth every cent we paid.

Vacation
I thought the room was confortable however had several light bulbs burnt out so was kind of dark. The breakfasts were free so we tried to take advantae of that but they definately needed more variety as the same thing was served all week. My friend drove her car from Tenn and the parking was $30.00 a day which seemed very expensive.

1st time in New Orleans
Everything looked as best as expected in the pics; room was really small, but functional. Maid service was a bit late-coming and lacking at times. Atmosphere overall was quiet-no noisy kids running around. Overall, the staff was helpful and friendly. Kathy, the concierge, and Bryan W., a busser in the kitchen, went above and beyond any hotel employees we've ever seen! They were filming a Hollywood movie right outside our hotel room window-that was really cool! Great location for nearby attractions and good places to eat.

Authentic New Orleans
This was our first trip to NOLA!! The staff was exceptional!! The location was within walking distance to all sites in French Quarter. If you don't like walking the hotel is a block and a half from the trolley car. The complimentary breakfast is good, but on the morning we ate at the hotel the breakfast room was understaffed. The lady working the room took care of us with great joy!! Be sure to get downstairs before 9:00 am. The rooms are clean and cozy. Little noise if any!! We will stay again!

New Orleans hotel review
Good hotel for the price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Not a bad location, but we would have liked to have stayed closer to Jackson Square in the French Quarter. The room was clean overall, but the outer brick wall that faced the parking lot seemed to be wet (lot of rain while there) and the paint from the bricks was flaking onto the carpeted floor. This would have been a big concern if we had small children.

Won't find better in NOLA
We've stayed in a half dozen other places in New Orleans over the years and this property is by far the best. We have nothing negative to say. Friendly staff, clean room, free hot breakfast, great location just outside of the French Quarter. Also great for families with a pool and the breakfast. We will be back!
