Our first visit to New Orleans
This was a nice clean hotel with a helpful friendly staff.It was located a few blocks from the french quarter.Bus transportation was also 2 blocks away.Staff gave us a great restaurant (mother's kitchen) recommendation.The breakfast was tremendous.Pam made sure there was enough food and all the tables were clean.The valet boys were very helpful.

Loved everything about this unique hotel
Starting at the front door the service was exceptional . I was delighted to see how this chain used the existing buildings to create a one of a kind look and experience to enjoy. Perfect walking distant to great food, French Quarter, and sightes to see. Will certainly return.

Good Location, Helpful staff
My husband and I really enjoyed the Country Inn. Nice staff, very helpful, rooms good, but the elevators are slow. Valet parking is slow (this is subleased by hotel). Staff at hotel very informative about tours, restaurants and things to see. Location is good, but it is a couple block walk to Bourbon St. We would stay here again.

Great trip
We were in New Orleans on August 29,2012 when Tropical Storm Isaac was coming in and out hotel the Country Inn and Suites was very comfortable. We had a hot breakfast every morning and the bar was open in the lobby and we could order hot snacks. We never lost power and the hotel staff was so friendly and helpful during this experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a good place to stay. this experience. I would definitely recommend the hotel to sn

Family Trip
My husband and I had an outstanding stay. The hotel staff welcomed us with open arms. This hotel was within walking distance to wherever we wanted to go. On our next visit, hopefully we'll stay at this hotel.

Very nice place to stay
The pool was very small, about the size of a large hot tub. When we arrived the woman behind the counter was rude to my wife. The rest of the staff at the hotel was super nice and helpful. Parking was $25 / day. The location was great and we could walk to Bourbon Street. Our room was clean and the AC kept it comfortable. I would use this hotel again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Couple from gulf
Great Stay, Great Hotel
This being my first time in NOLA I was unsure of the hotels in the area. Going in this blind I was scared, but the hotel was Great. 2 ladies we encountered we rude but all the other staff was great. We got to see an Actor (Williem Dafoe) bc he was staying there. The breakfast was amazing and it was nice we didnt have to go out. They exceed the normal bagels that other hotels serve. They offered waffles, eggs,cereal, juice, coffee and much more. The room was a little small but very clean and nice furniture. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. Location was great. Just blocks from everything. The hotel was very clean and the staff was always ensuring it stayed this way. Valet parking was wonderful and worth 26.00/day. Valet staff was professional and on their toes at all times. This hotel was worth every cent we paid.
