Enjoy the good times at this historic French Quarter hotel
The Bourbon Orleans was one of the city's grandest ballrooms in the 1800s and spent time as a convent and orphanage. Today, this French Quarter hotel offers visitors a glimpse into the past while offering contemporary comforts in 211 rooms (no two are alike). The peach and cream lobby with its Oriental rugs and Chippendale furnishings harkens to a more genteel time. Storied ghostly inhabitants include a confederate soldier, children from the Holy Sisters orphanage and a lone dancer twirling under the ballroom's glittering chandeliers.

Goosed in NOLA
In the heart of the Quarter, and you kno
This hotel is centrally located right near Bourbon St and Jackson Square. There is often a party atmosphere by the "pool", which is much smaller than the pictures imply. Our room was on the main level, opening out to St. Anne street, and was therefore really noisy with the traffic and service entrance loading. Overall, nice place to stay, but next time we'll find something a little more off the beaten path.

Rent a bicycle and check out the parks and the garden district, but beware the 7th ward.

Amazing hotel, perfect location
This hotel was in an amazing location right off Bourbon St. Half a block to all lgbt activities and the famous New Orleans hand Grenades! My partner and I recieved a free upgrade to a ground floor suite. The only negative review I would give is that the upstairs toilet did not flush and we had to call for repair.
