Excellent place
Great place we had got the king size bed room cause they were out of double but the sofa folded out to a bed, and the breakfast was great amazing choices for a continel breakfast! Also a gym, which was a huge plus!! with treadmills a bike and a all in one work out station. Over all it was a great stay!!

Tons of restruants in the vicinity of the hotel bring a gps, it'll take you where you need to go.

Only used it to sleep and eat breakfast. We stay there every year and recognize the hotel continues to lose it's appeal. We probably will look for other accommodations next trip.

Disappointed
Great hotel but misleading listing
The hotel overall was great. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and it was very nice. However, the listings on this site and the Comfort Suites site both said that my room was supposed to have a jacuzzi in the room. When I arrived at the hotel it did not work, and I was told the plumbing had all been removed and the tubs were being taken out soon. This frankly was false advertising and I was not happy at all. Also, the management offered nothing at all to make up for their mistake. I have no complaints besides that though.

great hotel for work accomodations
good location to I-20, one turn and off to work. wished the fitness had more, but overall good experience. will stay again in 2 weeks.

Nice place to stay during a business tri
Hotel was OK. Hotel have been pre-paid but at checkout clerk said it had not: it took a while plus phone calls back home to collect all pertinent info. Finally, the issue was cleared but...

A Place I would Stay Again........
The staff were very helpful in providing details of local amenities & giving directions. Compared to other chains where I have stayed I thought the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Go to "Le Chateau" for a meal. Doesn't look much from the outside but the decor is amazing. Friendly helpful, good food & reasonably priced.

Enjoyed a family reunion in Wisner and Winnsboro while staying in hotel. Hotel was conveniently located to shopping, dining, airport, and freeway.

NIce Hotel
The Comfort Suites is a very nice place to stay in the Monroe area. Very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
