Check in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. The room left a lot to be desired. There was duct tape at the bottom of the door, instead of a door sweep. Both chairs had broken legs. There was MOLD all over the bathroom ceiling and rust in the shower. There was a broken acrylic finger nail on the floor. Makes ya wonder... We slept on top of the comforter and showered at a friends.

Location was ok, used our phones for directions to get to and from the Football stadium. we were in a suite with two beds, the second bed was broken. There was only one chair at the table. In order to receive clean towels, we had to take our dirty ones to the front desk and receive the clean ones. Our room was not cleaned by housekeeping the two days we were there. Other than this, no complaints! Fabulous time! Price was right, but only through your site! I wouldn't pay their asking price.

This hotel was in the perfect location for the area I needed to be for work. The staff is always very polite and eager to help.

It's what you would expect eight miles away from down town New Orleans and for the price. The hotels in New Orleans were three to six times as expensive.

No Internet despite what they advertise! No hot water and filthy carpet!

I was happy with the actual room, the price was reasonable, and it was easily accessible. I think that even though for the most part it is a long term stay place, I should have been offered housekeeping each day to exchange the dirty linens. I had to take the dirty linens to the front desk myself to receive clean towels. The only day housekeeping came to the room was the last day I was there. Oh yeah, she knocked on the door at 8:15AM yelling housekeeping. That was very annoying. I was due to check out at 11:00AM, Fine. They were knocking on the door at 10:15 asking if I was leaving. I checked in at 4:30PM Sunday, they wanted me out at 10:00AM Wednesday, not the 72 hours I paid for thank you. The hotel was fine, the staff leave a lot to be desired. As for the bottom line, I will tell people to try this hotel. I will just warn them about the staff problems.

The staff was useless. They are just hired to check people in. This hotel is for people who don't have any more options. There is no internet that's functional and the staff can't possibly help you. There's a 1-800 # to call for the internet but they can't do anything without the staff. Oh...they leave at night until morning. There were roaches in my room in the am (about 10 of them) and I was woke up both days by some females arguing next door as load as they could (about 7am each day). I could go on and on....JUST DON'T STAY HERE OR YOU'LL BE SORRY LIKE I WAS!

This place was really not bad I have stayed in worse for more. As long as you don't think you are booking the Hilton you will be satisfied with the helpful staff and the spacious room. It's is close to the airport and only 15 minutes away from downtown New Orleans. Would book here again

Looks great online. Exterior looks great as well however the interior is a total other story! Asked for a nonsmoking room, didn't get it, got a stinky smoking room, beds and sheets were horrible, all furniture was horrible! Restrooms bad as well, shower head was damaged and water wouldn't drain properly! I would say stay here as a last resort.
