Great amenities, suspect service
Check in staff not very welcoming. Restaurants very good with great service there. Casino staff not very much fun, very businesslike. Golf course in terrible condition and not nearly worth the cost. Overall just an average experience and value for such an incredible property.

some good some not so good
Staff was awesome from waiters to casino staff to housekeeping. Problem was too many issues with the room. Lights not working, safe not working. They were under construction right above our room and woke us a 7 AM two mornings in a row. Aslo we had to change rooms twice as they could not fix the problems. I would give one more try because I know with construction going on some of that can happen.

Needs improvement
The hotel location is safe and alot of restaurants and even a Sams club near by (Gas was cheaper). The hotel is beautiful and the pool is awesome for both adults and children (my baby is 15 months and had fun). There is a variety of food in hotel and its surroundings. The only bad side to it is the room cleanliness, the carpet needed to be vaccumed and the furniture dusted. Called housekeeping and they came, but it seemed like they hadn't even been to the room to clean. I complained at check out, but only response I received was they would inform the housekeeping manager :-(.

Cheezy Hotel
You do not get to select your room type or bed type as noted on the website! My non-smoking room smelled like a smoking room. The carpet was stained and dirty - needs to be replaced. Furniture in hotel room was outdated. Was woken up at 3am from voices coming through the airvent from guests next door. No need to return, better luck next time I guess!

Beautiful Hotel and plenty to do
Relaxed while on way to granddaughter's graduation in New Orleans so stay was limited. Enjoyed a good meal, lost money gambling and had a restful night. Since I'm not a big gambler but love blackjack would have loved to have a $5 table to play.

great experience
stayed for two nights with 2 children. room was really nice; pool and hot tub were beautiful; lobby and gelato shop were so nice and convenient. Truly a resort experience.

Holiday Trip
This was a family trip for one night. We had dinner at Snake River grill, the food was wonderful, but the price is really high. The gambling limits were very high as well. The hotel room was great and clean. No complaints, as well as the casino itself is upscale. I am sure the gaming limits were high due to the holiday season. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

Great Time
The service was great in the hotel and everyone made you feel welcome and appreciated. The casino was so convenient and the pool and lazy river were awesome. We spent most of the day by the pool. My only two complaints were 1) the sports bar restaurant had bad service (it was Saturday night but waiting 20 minutes just to see your waitress and the food was cold when it arrived) and 2) too much smoke in the casino (but hey it is a casino).
