Hotel outside is not fancy but inside has been updated was good and clean. Charged me wrong room rate, not cheap ticket rate, and I did not find out till later , but was refunded when called back. Different clerk had rang up bill and not person I first spoke to inside . Is 1/2 mile from casino , a little hard to find , even tom-tom did not get location right.

Very clean, very helpful and courteous
The staff was very helpful and courteous, my girlfriend had a cast on her foot and they gave us a room on the ground floor so she wouldn't have to walk so far.

Very Nice
The view was beautiful, the room was newly remodeled and the bedding smelled great. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed on the first floor and there was a little noise but, I guess thats expected at any hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpfull with directions and any other questions we had.

kind of scared
We checked in about 10pm. When we got there we were kind of scared that we had booked in a bad part of town. There were people talking, yelling, and hangging out on the balconies. There is a man in the parking lot working on his car with the radio up very loud (so loud that we could hear it in our room on the 3rd floor. The room had not bee cleaned very well, there was hair still in the sink. The next day we could see the bayou and it was beautiful. The pool was nice, although the gate was broken to get into it. I would not recommend this hotel. I have paid less for much nicer hotels. The location was convenient and it did turn out to be in a nice part of town. I'm just glad that my husband was there, otherwise I think I would have gone somewhere else that first night.

Close to a casino
The room was clean and large. A nice restaurant across the hotel. Smelled musty. It was close to a casino but hard to get in and out of the parking lot. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience.

Small Casino Trip
The Hotel is a great hotel to stay at if your there for JUST to hit the casinos,everything is so close to the hotel.The only thing about it is that the pool was really dirty for the time we stayed there but over all i'd gave it a 3.5 over 5.

Pretty much a WIDE variety of fast food, theres a bestbuy a short walk away. Of course the casinos are super close to the hotel about 5-10 minutes.
