Baymont Inn and Suites Lake Charles

The rooms are clean. The bed sleeps better than some of the high-end hotels. The staff is always helpful and accomodating. When we visit the Lake Charles area we always stay at Baymont Suites. You can't get a better room for the price. Believe me I've tried.

Our stay at the baymont Inn in Lake Charles was really nice..The frig in the room really came in hand..We just bought sum food and stayed in the room the hole weekend.

The bed was clean and comfortable, so some minor issues in the room were forgivable, i.e., bathroom sink/vanity light did not work, shower curtain dirty, smoke detector hanging from the wall, outside garbage overflowing and smelling on an 102 degree day. However, when we went for the "full continental breakfast" a 1/2 hour after it started, there was no breakfast to be found. When I asked about this the hotel staff was very rude and informed me it would not be refilled for another 1 to 1.5 hours. I specifically chose this hotel because the website raved about the full spread breakfast and it was definitely NOT worth the money, when other locations actually do have a breakfast which saves some time and money on these trips.

The desk staff was very accomodating. The rooom was clean but no pillow cases on pillow and coffee pot still dirty. When I informed staff they said they would see if they could discount our stay but I do not believe that happened [...]. But the bed was comfortable and clean, The AC worked great. Overall we ar very satisfied and would stay there again.

Staff was very polite and helpful.I was impressed with the manager I think his name was Saay who was very knowledgeable about the area.

For the price the best hotel I have every stayed at. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are absolutely great with a very comfy bed.

Went for a gambling weekend. Location nice for local casinos however a bit of a way to Kinder La.

Although I was initially pleased when I walked in the door, that was chaged when I attended to take my shower and SURPRISE no showerhead, just a hole in the wall where water trickled out.
