I loved staying at the hotel. My room had a lot of room. The best part was that the lake was right across the street.

Had a great time it is next to the walk and lake charles civic center enjoy the indoor pool the sauna had only one jet but it was hot water in the sauna the breakfast was a hot breakfast it was good

The indoor pool was terrific for 3 boys. The park across the street on Lake Charles was a beautiful place for running or walking.

Check-in clerk was rude. The Hotel itself was in a very run down condition. The elevator was beyound dirty - stuff streaked down sides and dirt and crud in the corners. We were in room #408 and there were so many problems. The A/c unit did not work, furnature was shabby, electic oulet by the bed had no cover - fire hazard, carpet was dirty, tried to open the small in room refrid. and it almost fell out of the cabinet. When we returned to our room in the evening (8:00pm) and it was too hot to stand we called the front desk and asked for at least a fan we were informed that they had none and she was the only employee on property and she couldn't leave the desk. I walked down to the desk and saw her, she was a young (20's) and small female. This Hotel is located right off of a major interstate (I-10) and the knowledge that a young female is the only staff member there during the late evening did not make me feel safe. How can she respond to an emergency situation and manage all that that can intale? I will NEVER stay here again and unless they make a major overhaul of the physical plant and staff levels I don't recommend any other [...]user to do so either.

This hotel was close to the casino, very roomy and clean. Very friendly service and the breakfast was good and hot with a variety of items to choose from. I was happier with this hotel than I was with my stay at the Inn at the Isle.

The hotel was clean but definitely older. The elevator got stuck TWICE and luckily we were just on the second floor. Room was nice and cold, bed was comfortable, room was pleasant.

We checked in late Fri. night with no problems.The room was clean and well stocked.Beds were comfortable and linens clean.Breakfast was hot and well prepared and even through there was a lot of dance teams there everything was kept in order.I really enjoyed my trip.My wife usually finds something wrong but she said she satisfied.

Location is on the edge of downtown, close to the interstate,quiet and safe. It is well priced for the area and convenient for quickly getting to industry clients in Sulphur/Westlake area. I was somewhat surprised that there were so few travellers staying there when I stayed. Place was fairly empty.
