never again!
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. carpet filthy, mold all over shower curtain, white bath towels stained or maybe they were dirty I don't know. Bed sheets stained/dirty, curly hairs in the bed, pillow cases were disgusting. I used my shirt as a pillow case. And no water pressure. Never again will I stay there.

We were weary road travelers looking only for a good night's sleep in a clean hotel. The desk staff after 10pm were apathetic and seemed annoyed at our entry to the hotel. The morning desk staff were just as apathetic. The room was sort of clean but felt like a total dump. There were kids running around the hall without adult supervision making a lot of noise well past midnight. Again, the staff didn't seem to care. And who has a continental breakfast without donuts?

Really small rooms
My family and I booked a room with doubles beds and the room and beds were really small. There was no full ironing board and bathroom was extremely small. I guess you get what you pay for.

Had a few problems, but mgmnt responded
Chain has a reputation, but was under the veil this trip. An Email to corporate got Gen. Mgr there that night to fix problems I had mentioned over 2 days. Explained situation,. Understand employee asn't happy there, but accepted apology and may give a try again. Visit the downtown area when in Lafayette!

Downtown is historic. Oldest and still in operation, Borden's Ice Cream Shop. !948 and still there. Service was and is slow. But nostalgia is the reason to visit

Looks are decieving.
The outside and lobby areas are nice, but the room smelled like water damage (and had a huge dehumidifier running) and was home to a number of spiders. The free wireless (a feature I chose this hotel for) didn't reach my room--I had to sit by the window and try to get the signal from the Quality Inn next door instead. I just didn't get a sense that this proporty is very well cared for.

Lovely rooms and excellent location
We selected this hotel because of its location and very much enjoyed the attractively decorated lobby and rooms. There are many wonderful restaurants nearby.

Wonderful Stay
Clean, neat, comfortable beds, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast! I have business in Lafayette every week. I was staying at a different hotel chain, but will start making this my permanent home away from home.
