We needed something by the airport. This hotel was right across the street. Perfect. The hotel was great. Beds and pillows were perfect.

Not all that bad
On the whole it was a pleasant stay. However, the room was not replenished with soaps, shampoos, etc. on the 2nd day of our stay. The room was nice but the bathroom did have some chips in the porcelain sink with rust around the drain. Also, the shower curtain was not effective Staff was very attentive and the restaurants were very nice. Food was excellent

Very close to the airport so it was extremely convenient. Just a short taxi ride to the French Quarter. Big savings over the rates charged by French Quarter hotels.

Perfect location
We arrived late and all was perfect. Room ready, shuttle in the airport in 5 minutes, and the staff very friendly.

Disaapointed
Have stayed at this since it opened a number of years ago. It has steadily gone down hill and is no longer a viable option due to in room cleanliness. The carpet was disgusting, covered with black and brown oil residue. Bathrooms minimally clean, and all rooms had a bad ordor. Time to renovate or loose the Hilton connection.

Great business stay
I spent 24 hours in New Orleans on a business trip. I had an early check-in, the room was available and ready in the morning. The hotel staff was very friendly, the service was fast, there were no unnecessary delays. The hotel was clean and well kept. The location is perfect. It is easy to find, directly across the airport. After spending all day in downtown New Orleans I returned late in the evening. I left for an early flight at 5 a.m.. The shuttle service was very prompt, again fast service upon check-out. Definitively recommended for a short and efficient business trip.

My review
We simply needed a place to stay for one night after completing our cruise. The Hotel is (accross the street from the airport) conveniently located near the airport. For the price the room was excellent. The only reason I have not rated five stars is because the food is a little pricy. However, we found a chain restaurant within walking distance that filled our dining needs.

It only took five minutes to get from the hotel to the ticketing drop of at the airport. Very convient.

Very disappointing
Room was extremely dirty and there was something brown coming out of the drain when we tried to take a shower. We arrived late in the evening and they had given our non-smoking room away. My friend had red spots on her shoulders and was itching the next morning. Thank goodness we stayed downtown for most of our trip. I do not recommend this hotel!
