GREAT value! The room had a sofa, which is critical for me. Due to a bad back, I am unable to sleep on a bed. The sofa was perfect. Plus I did NOT hear 1 jet landing or taking off even though the hotel is adjacent to the airport.

Clean, good location,friendly, we were there to visit the big easy, New orleans, Louisiana.We wanted to spend a week visiting the states in the south..

The hotel was clean, quite and convenient. The staff was courteous and efficient. We will stay again.

Is near airport, but noise is not noticeable. Room was immaculate, breakfast was great, beautiful rooms and hotel.

Good experience, good room, good beds. The shuttle to and from airport works very well, but they don't have shuttle for French Quartier.

We made reservation [...] for TWO 2 queen rooms. There are six people including 2 kids. When we made reservation and checked in, we are not told any extra charge and the guy in the front desk gave us 6 keys saying we need them to have complimentary breakfast. When we checked out, the guy in the front desk didn't say anything just handed us a invoice. That invoice has two extra charge, one has 40 dollars and the other one has 20 dollars for extra person. But the last column balance is 0. At that time, we think since the balance is 0, there should no extra charge. But after we got back, our credit card has that 60 dollar extra charge directly from the hotel. We called the manager, the manager told us that is extra for additional person. I asked the manager, how many people can live in one roon, we were told 4! But the manager refused to refund us and keep saying we already got the money meaning whatever we do, they already got the money. Be careful this hotel. They are trying to use any chances to fool you to get extra money. So bad!

I was in town for a convention. I was worried the hotel would not meet my standards for a hotel but they did. The staff was great and the room was clean.

Check-in was very slow. Kept getting interrupted by phone calls. Room was very nice and clean. Bathroom was immaculate.

We arrived at the hotel about 3:15pm after a 3hr drive and the lobby was full with a group of people traveling together that were all trying to check in and was having problems. The staff was doing all they could do to try and help them get checked in, but the group did not have some of the things needed to complete there check inorder and they started to get irate with the staff which was realy un called for because they were the ones who did not have every thing in order. After about 40min of going back and fouth they all completed there check in process. When I finaly got to the counter it took less than 3min for me and some other people at the other counter that had also been waiting in line to check. This was one awsome staff to have put up with what they put up with and still kept there cool.
