Comfort Suites Airport

i have no complaints at all..i only wish the ladies tending to the rooms could speak better english or i could speak their language. they are usually the ones that keep the people happy with their extra work they do like getting this or getting us that or helping us find this and such. they work very hard and the hotel shows it because of the cleanliness. the most important thing for me is the bathroom and bedding. your hotel was AWESOME. the bathroom was completely satisfying. the bed was so very very comfortable as well as good pillows and the air was perfectly crisp so i slept like a baby! thank you!

This is the first time staying in Kenner. We usually get a hotel in Metaire. This hotel was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff and good complementary breakfast. There are other eating places near the hotel. We will definitly stay there again.

Went down to the french quarter, it was nice to come back and swim and relax. We got to the hotel before check in, the staff let us put our luggage behind the desk while we went downtown for some sight seeing.

Almost perfect! Pros: the staff was incredibly helpful and generous, found a charger for my phone, offered snacks when came down late at night. The rooms were excellent- super clean with elegant touches like fan-folded towels, very FAST and FREE wireless internet in rooms! Loved the fresh cookies in afternoon. Also, the free breakfast starting from 5am for early travelers was lavish with huge choice of fresh and cooked entrees, drinks, fruit, etc. There's a happy hour Mon-Thurs which didn't get to see. Also didn't try, but jacuzzi and indoor/outdoor pools looked clean and bright. ---Con: Only issue was with the hotel shuttle in the evening, took almost an hour to pick up from when I called, which was frustrating since hotel is only 7 minutes from airport, but otherwise morning shuttle was dependable. Overall: excellent and great deal, and I'd go back again.

The hotel staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early. The room was very clean and nice. It is very convenient for airport access. The only problem was that the pillows were small, lumpy and impossible to situate comfortably.

Location very good. Rooms were clean! Great linens & extra pillows. Easy access to all amenities. I was unaware there would be a hotel full of noisy children for the weekend. If I had been aware of that, I would have abbreviated my stay. Other than that, ny biggest complaint was the BED! It was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever experienced in a hotel situation.

Showed up for late check-in and received a free upgrade to a suite. Great sleep, great place to stay!

Stayed here while visiting family in the area. It was fine. Breakfast was good. Happy hour was a nice touch. Furniture could use updating. Had to request extra pillows because they were so small.

If you want to be away from all the attractions, & your renting a car, then this is the place to be. @ night they have wine,beer, cookies, dips if your looking to cozy around hotel in the evening. Rooms were clean & hallway.

Check-in was fast but the desk staff could have been a little friendlier. No one offered to help me with my luggage even though it was very obvious I needed help when I was given a room on the top floor. Bed was comfortable, rooms clean, plenty of towels. I will probably stay there again if needed. Airport shuttle left almost 30 minutes late. No one was happy about that at all.
