Nicer than I thought it would be
From the outside the hotel looks run down (except for the lobby section) but on the inside it is kept up relatively well. This was very nice for a 2 star- huge big rooms, clean bathrooms, we had a first floor room but never had any noise problems. All in all I would stay there again if I was going to Houma. The staff was very friendly and accommodated our early check-in request.

Somewhat dated facility but convenient
Found room to be dated but clean. Housekeeping had just "deordoized" the room and the "perfume like" odor was a little overwhelming. Housekeeping also failed to clean our room one day. Room and facility was generally average, and I will look for another facility on my next visit to Houma.

Hotel, like most in the area, is on one of the main streets in Houma and dining options are numerous, but generally not within walking distance due to heavy traffic on this street. Left turn from the north into this hotel is somewhat precarious during the day due to heavy traffic

Neat and Clean
This is our second stay at the Ramada, Houma, Louisiana. The rooms are older but very clean. We're close to where we fish and the restaurant is good, altho not exceptional. Overall a good value.

Chilis is mediocre and Outback is just Awful. Ask the locals where to eat.

Long Time Traveler
Very Clean!
Hotel and rooms were very clean and well kept. Front desk staff was not that helpful but waitress and cleaning help were awesome. No complimentary breakfast, pool, or workout room. But beds were comfortable and clean. Good place for a night's sleep. Will try another hotel for longer visits because of no ammenities.

Location, great price and decent room.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't have been better. Rooms were older but very clean and neat. Housekeeping was prompt everyday and we even got into our room a little earlier than check-in time. We thought the restaurant, while good (we ate there once)was a bit pricey for the area and the lounge was definitely over priced. But there are many restaurants and fun places in the area to go to.

Wow and Chicken Wings....best food we had close to the Ramada. Chilis and Outback were a smidge closer but they were terrible. Bad service and the food was mediocre. Wow had great chicken wings, salads, chicken tenders and reasonable drink prices.
