Just wanted towels

Great Value, poor service

The location is great if you want to be close to the interstate. The room was clean, amenities were available, and the pool area was nice. The only issue we had was that we called for towels at 9:45 AM, and again at 10:15 AM and never received them because the staff "was very busy." Poor customer service, but for less than $100/night, what should I expect?
