WONDERFUL HOTEL AND STAFF
This was the best trip I have taken. Hotel staff was so accommodating. We tore up the fax machine over the 11 day stay. Housekeeping kept everything fresh and clean. If I needed extra shampoo I received several extra bottles. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS HOTEL.

room was very smelly and not clean.
I was constantly using hand sanitizer because it was so dirty and old furnishings. They did have a great breakfast though...

Hotel was clean, but we didn't like the "sheet policy" of not changing the sheets. This we assumed was to be if you stayed more than one night, but I suspect the sheets we had weren't changed form the last occupant.

911 booking - needed safe place to stay
We actually had another room booked [...] but the weather was so bad we couldn't get to it. I [...] found this location. The rate wasn't great but would do in an emergency situation. We had the air set on 62 & it wasn't keeping the room cool at all. The hospitality was good once the desk clerk got off the phone (sad thing is - she was on the phone with her supervisor - who she told many times that she was busy and had several people waiting for her to take care of, yet the super kept talking). The rooms were clean. The next morning - my boys went to get the complimentary breakfast- but there was no room for them - so they went without - yet there was a conference room attached to the breakfrest room that was not opened to accommodate the amount of patrons they had at their place the night before.

convenient location
The staff was pleasant and accomodating. The facility was older, air conditioner did not work very well. Facility was clean; however, just mediocre. Was only there two days and would not want to stay longer.

Very Nice
Came home for a visit and I was pleasantly surprised with the room. Nice and clean everyone was very nice and helpful. Look forward to another visit home and a relaxing stay here.
