Overall, very pleasant stay.
Very nice hotel with spacious rooms and great amenities. Our only complaint was that when we went to check in at 3:00, we asked for a room overlooking the race track. We were told that was no problem, but we'd have to wait about an hour for it to be cleaned. We ran a errand and came back in an hour, but it was another hour of sitting in the lobby before our room was finally ready. Also, there were not many restaurants close by. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

All the major casinos are close by. Shuttle ran regulary to the Horseshoe and back.

Nice Hotel, poor customer service.
The hotel itself was very nice, but it was a long was from downtown and fairly isolated. I was also double billed for my room and haven't been reimbursed.

Nice place
Place was clean and nice. The only setback was noisy neighbors, but besides that, I would recommend this place.

Comfortable accomodations
The Springhill Suites provides a comfortable, attractive suite. The only drawback was the check-in. Rooms were not ready in a timely fashion. However, once we were checked in, everything else was very satisfactory.

Nice place to stop and rest
The room was nice and big, 2 flat screen TV's, nice lay out, however the bathroom was not clean. The floors were dirty and so were the sink, & tub. It looked like the maintenance crew was there and the room was never cleaned after they were finished. All in all no worries, we still enjoyed our stay and the best past was the free breakfast. All the nice treats you expect for breakfast without the price.
