The room we got was great- fantastic view, very clean (one of us is very allergic to dust and had absolutely no problems) , three TVs, a huge bathtub and great water pressure with the shower. The hotel was gorgeous and close to everything we wanted to do.

Loved my stay!
From the moment I checked in I was treated warmly and like I was an old friend. My wonderful experience began at check in with a beautiful woman named Dolly. Dolly was so accomodating, she even let me check in early which I really appreciated. Housekeeping was thorough and efficient and very sweet to always allow me a little extra time to get moving in the morning. I dined at several of the eating establishments and was treated like family every night. Finally, the casino was clean, the staff all smiled (I never get that in Vegas!) and even the security guard was friendly and jovial... Will definately return and I can recommend the Horseshoe. The room I stayed in was a little dated in decor, and I really don't need 3 televisions in my hotel room, but it was clean and comfortable.

Mad in Texas
Our stay was great, the room was nice, bed was awesome, valet parking was nice. The staff was nice and courteous while we were there. Trouble started when we noticed my wife had left her pillow at the hotel. Called the hotel and was shuffled from department to department , talked to a total of three people, 2 answering machines and was getting no where. I was told by a very rude front desk lady that she was not there to argue with me about a pillow and if I needed to talk to lost and found she was going to transfer me and I said please don't because It was a dead end, she hung up on me. Finally talked to a manager after 45 minutes and 5 different calls. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HORSESHOE HOTEL TO ANYONE.

A tough 4 stars
All of the staff are extremely friendly and the common areas are gorgeous. The room on the other hand needed some attention, beginning to show it's age. The onsite eating establishments provide every choice imaginable but watch for hidden charges. We did not order guacamole but we got it and were charged for it. And you would think they could afford to provide complimentary internet,not charge 12.95 a day.

Convience for gaming
If you come to play the slots or poker tables this is the hotel to stay in. Very convenient. I would say if you can obtain a room for $100 or less then stay here. I don;t see the value is over $100. It is a very friendly place.

Excellent stop to break up a long drive
The room with extremely clean and it was very entertaining to watch TV in the bathroom mirror. The casino and the cafe were extremely easy to navigate and the attendants were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Fantastic room and stay even for just one day
We have not been to Bossier in about 2-2/1 years and was looking forward to just getting away. There had been plenty of changes but the hotel and staff were even better . Everywhere you went employees very gracious and polite wanting to help if needed.They had taken out the coffee shop n put in burger barn it was fair. But the buffet as always was great and for the money fantastic we love the cat fish. Then we gambled the night away and loved our room had a huge room with jacuzzi tub great time had by all.
