Enjoyed the stay just not our particular room.
The hotel itself was beautifull but nothing in our room worked. The stopper on the jacuzzi did not work so water ran out as fast as you put it in. The little TV in the bathroom did not work and the ceiling fan made such a noise that it sounded like someone was trying to get in the room and kept me up all night. We had the a/c down on 65 and the room was still hot or we would have just turned the ceiling fan off. But I had a wonderful time there just couldn't enjoy all the perks of the room. For the price we paid I expected it to be a little better.

I would not go there again
room had bedbugs wasnt very clean for the price they ask for. The buffet was not good. The hotel workers were nice the overall stay was ok.

Great weekend!
My husband and I usually stay at the El Dorado because he plays Texas Hold 'Em and we get a room discount. But -- the El Dorado was all booked up for Saturday night and I didn't want to move on the last night we were going to be there. So, we stayed at DiamondJack's. Everything was great. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and check-in was a breeze.

Nice weekend getaway!!
The staff was great......Our room needed attention the bathroom mirror had not been cleaned it had someones whiskers on it were they had shaved and ants on the counter all weekend. The rooms were a little dated and needed some updating but were very big....Casino paid well so I can't complain much!!!

When we checked in there was a old french fry on the floor under the chair. The spa had a jet that flew out at you every time you turned it on. Two of the lamps in the room did not work and the tv power switch was missing. so......... needless to say was not the best birthday I could have had.

Thanksgiving Stay
Room was dusty on lamp shades and desk. Lighting NOT good at all in bathroom. Bath room floor around the shower was molded. Carpet had a big stain in the middle of the floor. For the price compared to other hotels in the area, it was okay.
