I love the huge jacuzzi tub here. However the prices are too high for the actual room with an outdated tv.

The staff was friendly room was very nice and bed was comfortable.

The room make-up was not complete when we occupied the room. For example, there was only one regular coffee and two decaf. There were no coffee cups nor drinking cups in the room. We did track down a person on the floor whom I think is the floor supervisor and she furnished more coffee and the appropriate nmbers of cups. Despite having the air conditioner set to a low setting on the thermostat, the room never really cooled to a comfortable level. One of the overbed light fixtures was broken and hanging by the wire. Never could figure out how to turn them on. The wall switch had no effect.

Enjoyed the pool and the jaccuzi tubs are great!Room could have been cleaner but it was ok. Casino has lots of slots but kind of limited on table games.

We went for a Saturday night with three other couples and had a great time. The casino was fun, we all won some and lost some. Waitresses were pretty easy to find too, even on a Saturday night. We were a little disappointed that the only bar in the hotel closed at midnight. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the in-room jacuzzi was wonderful!

I went to Shreveport for one night on lark so I had no hotel lined up until I pulled into town. I got a great deal for Diamond Jacks. The hotel is very clean but is in need of some cosmetic repair and updating. However, all of that is forgotten when you experience the cheerful, friendly faces of the staff. Every maid, janitor, bellman, manager and sales clerk says hello in the hall with a warm smile. Most will ask if there is anything you need. I cannot begin to say how much I appreciated the extra effort that EVERYONE took. Thank you for a great time! See you again soon. James from Dallas

Clean, quite, spacious room. Comforatble king bed with a large jacuzi tub in the room. Nice view from the window.

this was our second time staying at Diamond Jacks. We were there a concert. The rooms need to be updated. They need to have at least a frig and even a microwave. Our A/C did not work the first nite but they did fix that pretty quick. The second room that I had booked for some friends when they checked in the tub had ashes in it. There were no towels or wash clothes in the bathroom. We called housekeeping and requested for some towels, wash clothes, and extra ashtrays due to it was a smoking room. They did bring us the requested items but the ashtrays were dirty and the tub never got cleaned. I complained at the front desk and all they asked were if we had called housekeeping.The first time we had stayed here it was not like this. But we will not be staying again concert or not.

Well lets see, when we arrived to our room we noticed the bath room lights were flickering and some were out. I found a left over cigarette bud in the dresser drawer. It took 20 minutes before room service came to fix the light, after calling multiple times. Overall, I'll rate them a B-.

This was my first time to stay at this hotel and it was a nice surprise for me and my wife. DiamondJacks offers an affordable and relaxing place for people to be able to get away without the fear of going broke. Fast check-in and check-out time. Any staff member that we encountered was courteous, helpful, and pleasant. The buffet at the hotel was fresh and plentiful. Not to mention that your eggs are made to order right there in front of you. If your gambling you wont be let down by their slot machines. My wife and I had a great time at this hotel and came home feeling refreshed and rejuvinated.
