Terrible! so durty and noicy.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed. So durty and so noicy could not sleep, finally got up at 3am and left this terrible place. Also there is no attendant after 11pm, wanted to complain about the noise but there was no one, just a phone in the hallway that no one answered. Very upset !!!

Not What We Expected
Although the clerks were very nice, the room they gave us smelled like cigarettes and was not clean. We did not stay at the hotel and instead stayed at Boomtown which was very nice. My wife thinks the linen wasn't even changed. We would like our money back.

Ugh...
Don't take kids, don't take your significant other. It was cheap, right by the casinos and a cheap cab ride away from doing anything. Good place to stay with old college friends you will probably be divorced or dead one if you take your wife and kids.

could be better
My room had a funny smell, there was no liner in the bathroom so the floors were wet on my first shower. I have to admit that it was pretty quiet and it was close to alot of shopping and restaurants. Guess i got what i paid for.

The hotel staff was nice, the room was clean but had a funny smell. There was about 12 direct tv service trucks staying at the hotel. They were partying till late drinking tons of beer and talking loud. It made for an uncomfortable situation. Not the hotels fault but I would hate for those guys to show up at my house.

Me and my wife are very disatified
We came to getaway for the weekend, went to Chuck n Cheeses. We also went to the boardwalk to shop and then to Water Park. [...]. Not a good choice at all.... sorry. Jason Read

Unbeatable location for the price
My husband and I were in Shreveport/Bossier City to celebrate our anniversary. We visited the casinos, Riverwalk, and shopped while we were there. I really enjoyed the fact that restaurants, a mall, and the casinos were a five to ten minute drive. Everything was so convenient. We didn't spend much time in the hotel room but during the time we were there, everything was quiet and had all of the amenities that we needed. Although we usually stay at a Marriot Hotel when we travel, this hotel was comfortable for what we needed, at a nice price.
