I needed a decent place to spend a night before the next day's roadtrip......the location was perfect, the room was clean and quiet and the staff was very efficient - I couldn't ask for more & would schedule there again.

Right by the highway so incredibly loud. and there was an alarm on the TV that went on at 5am that i couldn't figure out how to turn off. However, it was a very pretty, decorative and clean hotel.

Came - Experienced - Will not return!
Traveled in for an overnight stay for a family event we stayed at the Radison on Acadian Thruway. We had to move out of the first room because the bathroom sink drain was broken so the water could not drain. When I call the front desk their first response was "We can't do anything tonight because we don't have anyone of duty" (8PM) Do you want to be moved to another room?" The air wasn't on in the second room but by the time we noticed the air conditioner wasn't working properly it was too late and we were too tired to move again, although we should have because the beds were terrible. Whenever you moved the box springs would squeek - so we had a very long tonight. So...Came-Experienced-will never come to this place again!!!

Rude and obnoxious customer Service
This was a return visit after an unpleasant visit earlier. I was hoping the customer service would change. It may be worse. I was insulted and threatened by the staff for inquiring about my accomondations.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Radisson. I took a weekend get away for relaxation, and that's exactly what I had. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was great. I couldn't have asked for better!

Not too good a stay
Did not enjoy the room, lacked even a decent chair to sit. Bathroom plumbing was suppose to be unique, but found it really old fashion, got rid of basins 60 years ago. Decor was stupid, really roof singles inside the room. No carpet on floor, cold floor in a.m.

Convenient
the hotel was nice and clean. There were no maps wher the fitness center or any other services were which when yo have no time you don't care but if you were going to stay at the hotel for a day this is a must. finally tired the sleep number bed so that was a perk.

Not as expected
We stayed at this hotel to attend an event in Baton Rouge. Although we are not from Baton Rouge, we are only an hour or so away. From the advertisement, this hotel seemed to be a great choice for the price. However, if you do not like to shower - this is your place! The shower would not drain and was not clean. While in the elevator there was a maintenance man in there with a note about another room and same problem with the shower. We did not stay long but the length of stay was sufficient to know I would never book this hotel again. When we checked out and informed the front desk of the shower situation - her only reply was, "Oh no." That's it! Not a, "we apologize, etc, etc." Nothing. Will not stay here again.

Great Place to Stay
We initially chose this hotel for it's proximity to L.S.U. and our daughter's apartment. We used it as our "home base" to all of the errands and activities we needed to do. It was very clean, tastefully decorated, and relaxing - especially the pool area. At night it is lit up and looks really cool. The staff was friendly and helpful in helping us find a nearby automobile service center chain. We have stayed in this hotel several times and will come back.

Short drive from hotel
Great shopping and dining possibilities are just a short drive away! And L.S.U. is just two exits away on the interstate.
