Quality Suites Bluebonnet Centre

Minuses: The ceiling had water damage and there was a spider web in the bathroom. My room didn't have an iron and when I finally received one it didn't work. They did replace it with one that did work, though. They use styrofoam for everything. Not a huge deal but anti-green. Plus: The breakfast was pretty decent (they use real eggs and cook to order). The front desk staff were nice and helpful.

The room pillow had blood on them. Not good place

My husband & I are retired & spent one night of a road trip here. The hotel needs a face lift, but so do I, so it was not offensive to either of us. The staff was "down south" friendly & helpful. It was very close to anything a road traveler might need.

the room was musty smelling, door would not close well. Furniture and room needed much up dating. We did not stay - left and went to another hotel.

THE ROOMS WERE FINE BUT FOUND THEY WERE NOT REAL CLEAN, BUT THE BEDS SEEMED TO BE. THE SHOWER HARDLY WORKED, AND THERE WAS NOT A RESTEURANT AND WE DID NOT WANT TO GET OUT AND DRIVE TO ONE. WE WERE THERE FOR A MEDICAL PROCEDURE THE NEXT MORNING. LOCATION WAS OK BUT ROOM NUMBERS WERE ON THE INSIDE INSTEAD OF OUTSIDE TO MAKE IT EASIER TO FIND. WE DIDN'T HAVE MUCH TIME FOR THE BREAKFAST BUT DID EAT A LITTLE.

Location is the only good thing about this hotel. It is deteriorating and there is no apparent maintenace. Hall ways and elevator were dirty. We had to try four suites before finding one relatively acceptable. But even then, furniture was broken and shower was not working properly.[...] Desk clerk saved the trip by being accomodating helping us find an acceptable room. [...]

I will never stay at this hotel again, unless it is totally updated. [...] the reservastion was for NON SMOKING and when I chedcked in they had me as smoking/double bed. [...] She changed me to a Non Smoking / King bed.

the property was poorly maintained, and in need of cleaing , interior & exterior - mold on the exterior walls. The lavatory backsplash was falling apart. The wireless did not function and the bar was closed due to change in owners and the liquor license had not been transferred.Mattress was very hard.

very accomadating. loved the room as well as a service. most def. recommend!

Rooms were clean, front desk was friendly. Had an older room that did show some age. but over all well maintained. Hotel is redoing every room and was able to see one of those rooms that a business partner had and it was very nice and well done.
