I've Stayed Many Times
I've stayed at this hotel many times. It's always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. For the money, you can't beat it. The TV remote works. The sheets smell clean, the floor is clean, the bathroom is clean, and well stocked. It's quiet. I rest well and feel at home. It's easily accessible from the highway. Lots or restaurants nearby, and shopping, too. I'd stay again.

Reasonably Priced For a Reason
I'm from this area of BR and decided to get a room here to avoid putting family members in a bind. The price was affordable and the location excellent, which is why I made my decision. However, the staff was not very welcoming and were honestly quite ghetto. The room I was given was wheelchair accessible, and when I asked for another b/c I did not need w/c access I was told there was nothing they could do. I don't think it's that hard to change a room number. My room was dirty with stains on the sofa. Curtains were torn and broken. Window was open when I entered the room and had been open for who knows how long. The bathroom was disgusting and is reminiscent of a low budget hospital, or free clinic restroom. Which would not be so bad if it were at least clean. The metal items in the bathroom were all rusted and disgusting. The floors are stained terribly bad throughout the entire hotel. Elevator is not clean. The only plus about this place is the price. But please do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to get yourself a decent room at a better accommodating hotel.

Short walk from hotel
Plus of this location is the proximity to a lot of fast food dining choices. Ihop is as close to sit down dining as it gets here but it is a good spot for food for the busy, hungry traveler.

Best Deal By the Airport
This hotel was a great value my first three nights were quiet, however the last night was loud and noisy due to a hotel full of Church Kids that thought they were the only guest in the hotel. The hotel was very clean the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast needed more options it was basic to say the least.

Convienent location
The hotel was close to the airport which was good for me and close to the highways that I needed to travel on. I didn't realize that I was getting a smoking room, which no one either offered to me at the time of check-in. I would have preferred a non-smoking room. It had an ok continental breakfast bar. For the amount of time that I was there it was a nice little hotel, but I would prefer in the future a larger one if I were staying for an extended amount of time. The staff was courteous and helpful with my questions and helping me get around the area.

Shopping tip:
Short drive from hotel
The Mall of Lousiana in Baton Rouge is a very nice, large indoor mall if anyone needs or wants to do some shopping. Major department stores and fun stuff for the kids to do. Little rides in the food court, etc.

NEVER AGAIN !!!
I was there for 3 nites. The 2nd day a charter bus with 50-60 apparent church group passengers arrived. They were up to all hours parading from one room to another, doors slamming, people talking loudly, hollering to each other down the hallway. I complained to the front desk to no avail. My last nite it started up again. Again I called "Customer Services" and again nothng was done. I finally packed and left at 2AM for the airport for a flight that didn't leave for several hours because I simply could not stand another moment there. I got no sleep, no satisfaction or assistance from a completely inept staff

Disappointing...
My friends and I booked this hotel for a 2 day concert event. We booked for 1 night and paid for 2 queen beds because we had 3 people staying. Because of the time of our event, we had to check in late. We called at 9 in the morning to let the staff know that we would be checking in around 10 or 11 that night. When we reach the hotel to check in, we are told that they are overbooked, and we have to stay in a suite. So instead of the 2 queen beds that we paid for, one of our guests had to sleep on an uncomfortable pull out bed. There were no extra pillows, and there were not enough towels in our room. Every hotel in town was booked, and the room was pre-paid through this site, so we were forced to stay. It was very disappointing.
