It is OK. Maybe more!

Honestly, you can not expect more for the price. Everything is good and ok for this hotel. Location is perfect and even though the price could be a little cheaper, it is still good. Recommended unless you are a high profile executive...

Adequate

The room was a small room/suite which seem to be kept very clean and was comfortable enough for 1 person.

filty - unconcerned

I have stayed in a motel/hotel/crusie room 53 times since Jan 1, 2010 in and out of the US. This is the worst experience, the inside and outside was filty: cigarett butts in the front door, rooms dirty, entrance filty. Next door right out side the rooms, a playground, batting cages and go karts. So loud that I could not even hear the TV plus trying to sleep. Front desk clerk unconcerned, stated the gokarts would close "10-11-12 whatever". It was still going at 12:30. We should have been informed at check in or given a different room. [...] Will never go back to this motel.

dirty dirty dirty

Very poor, beside the fact that not only the room was dirty, the grounds and registration area was dirty with paper on the floor and the entrance was extremely trasy. The room faced a playground area where there was go carts, batting cages, etc. The noise from the gokarts was so loud, we could not sleep or even listen to TV. (we should have been informed about this situation). When the front desk was asked about this, she was unconcered for me and when asked what time it closed, I was told 10 - 11- 12, whatever( it closes at 12:30AM.) Also, when I check in I requested a receipt, the cashier stated that I was with [...] so she could not give me one that I would just have to get it from [...]. I will never stay there again. Very poor experience.

car vandalized

I was going to a conference in Baton Rouge and I stayed outside of the city center to save a significant amount of money. Hotel was average besides that fact that my car had expletives scribbles all over the hood with a magic marker when I woke up in the morning. There were many high school kids staying there that night after a football game and I assume it must have been a drunken game for them. The hotel staff seemed disinterested by my complaint.
