Smelled like smoke in a non smoking room

The room was clean but smelled like smoke so it was difficult to sleep with the smell. Would not stay there again!

Place to sleep

Front desk staff was RUDE, not impressed with the room. Was there to visit LSU. I'm not real picky, I want a clean room, comfortable bed and pillow, and pleasant staff. Will not book here again due to the staff.

Great value for those on the go

Location was great for a quick stop on our way on I-10. Having spent two previous days at another hotel of the same chain I have to give good recommendation to their Wifi. Strong signals and fast speeds. We did not have much time to spend in the hotel, but did notice that TV always turned on too loud, the remote buttons were very slow (low batteries perhaps), and the alarm clock was difficult to operate. Breakfast was very simple and too little seating, and overall the facilities were not as nice as the previous hotel in this chain. Overall, for the value I would say these hotels are very great in value for the money.

As expected.

Everything was exactly as I expected. Room was clean, continental breakfast generous, everything worked. This was not a destination resort trip - I wanted a clean, quiet motel for two nights and that's exactly what I got.

Disappointed

The two nights that I stayed there I never had my room made up for me. The "breakfast buffet" closed down at 8:30am; I was getting coffee when a staff member started to take away the little remaining food.

Overly priced

I thought it'd be nicer for the price but ended up being rather unimpressive. Also, the type of room I reserved was unavailable. Unhappy with the cost and service.

quick trip

Staff was great- very friendly. Room was neat, but still had syrup from previous breakfast on table and chair. Bathtub looked dirty, and we had a 1 year old. My daughter would not give her a bath in that tub!
