My Experience

The room was price ok, but the service was not great. They would not vacuum my room, but rather spray a room deodorizer on the floor. My room had roaches and a hole in the bathroom door where someone had punched it. The room did not have an iron, they had to take it from another room because the front desk did not have an extra one. I had the "do not disturb" sign on the door, but they came in anyway to clean while we were still inside the room. I stayed there 5 days, but will not stay there again.

It was an ok experience

the desk person was very helpful. She changed me from a room that was not clean and showed me different ones till I was satisfied with it. I ended up staying in a "disabled" room. The other rooms I looked were not clean. If you are used to stay in clean hotels with nice furniture this is not your place, even though the price is atractive. Breakfast is very simple, like bread, coffee, milk, orange juice, and muffin.

Sickening and never will go again

It was late we were tired and hungry and all we wanted to do is sleep before reaching our final destination. We arrived around 9:30 and took an hour just to check in, then we got to our room and got all our luggage in. We had some stuff to refrigerate, and when we opened the mini fridge there was mold everywhere. Really gross. THEN we looked through the rest of the room, there were dirty sheets and a womans summers eve douche container USED in the cabinet. About then the friends I was with felt dirty and started upchucking. I have never seen something more disgusting in my life. Would never tell anyone to stay there. Not even my worst enemy...

A place to sleep and nothing more

I arrived and waited outside about 5 to 10 minutes getting the paperwork done because the lobby was closed. The room was pleasantly spacious. I tried to connect to the internet and it blocked me from loading pages until I ran a program that wiped out my entire operating system. DO NOT USE THE INTERNET THERE. As I was leaving, the police had to show up and resolve an issue between the lady in the lobby and some guy.

Worst hotel experience

When we arrived at 9:15pm the lobby was locked and the receptionist came to a window and could not find my reservation, I gave her the confirmation email print out I had and had to wait another 15 mins until the so called manager came and found a room for me and my family. He said there was some computer virus that caused the confusion, we told him he could have said something to us while we had to wait outside and were missing the football game we wanted to see on tv. When we get to the room we found bugs on the floor, and my husband found a crack pipe in the made up bed when he pulled back the blanket. My husband was furious and called the front desk to speak to the manager and was told the manager wouldn't be in until the morning, he said then who was the person we talked to when we arrived. The so called manager came to the room and gave us another room, he apologized and said the pipe must have been planted there by somebody. The next room I thought better until I found no hot water to take a shower. My daughter would not sleep under the sheet and used her own blanket. Needless to say it was the worst hotel experience we ever had and will not return. I honestly don't think I should have been charged for the stay,considering the awful experience we had.
