First off,I would really like to know how many people that has used [...] to reserve a room got over charged,or should I say double charged for the taxs and other charges. Wonder how many have just payed it since it was a small charge on a bill
slid under your door when you wake up. Who was or is behind this kinda buisness?Orbits do you have a deal with the hotel to save 20 bucks when a customer isnt aware and just pays it again?Or is it on the hotels side dropping the ball? For the hotel it self..I'll never chose a Crown Royal again because of the way the doors in the room are desighned, theres no mechanizem to keep the doors from slamming all night long as people enter their rooms.Nothing worse than being woke up every 45 minutes from a KABAMM when someone enters their room ANY WERE on the wing!
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
DO NOT EAT THERE!!! Extremly over priced!!I had a peice of salmon,my wife ordered a steak and my child had chicken. We had 2 teas with 1 refill each and a coke for the kid...the grand total was $80.AND IT WASNT THAT GOOD!!Do your self a favor and avoid CrownRoyal or at least take a short walk to much better food.
