Chase Suite Hotel Baton Rouge

This hotel is very spacious and is a good value for the money. Would stay there again

Really nice place - well kept, clean, most friendly staff. Cook did a fantastic job on the afternoon food.

Great hotel. very clean and roomy. Perfect location --close to shopping but not right in the traffic areas. This hotel would be ideal for hurricane evacuation, as well. Would stay again

We really enjoyed the hotel. Everything was convenient. There were places to shop and eat. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. I do have plans to return with my whole family.

The room was great. But, I was charged for something that did not happen. They said they smelled smoke. However I only had candles burning.

Would have been good for an extended stay because it had a full kitchen and very comfortable bed. The hotel is very clean, but it is old. It was not the luxurious a d romantic getaway I would have liked.

Well this trip was a birthday gift and when i went in there to decorate the room was very roomy i was able to decorate with know problem they already had dishes, towels, bed was made, friendly associate, we even had breakfast. This hotel was great the only problem i had was the maintance men beating on the door interupting our stay. That part I really didnt like. They were noisy and very rude but besides that the stay was very good. O and it was very cold that means the air condition works very very well. I would love to come back to Chase Suite Hotel in Baton Rouge.

We had a great experience at Chase Suites Hotel. I didn't have to spend a lot of money, My daughter and friends were able to swim and I was able to cook breakfast the following morning.

the place was really nice and cozy. it doesn't have a hotel feel. it is like staying in an apartment. It has a full kitchen with oven and full size fridge. it has a fireplace( i don't know if it is for decoration or it really works??). Great price for the amenities. not in the heart of downtown, not close to the mall

My experience at the hotel was fine. The only thing I had trouble with was the check-in. The hotel had no record of my registration confirmation from [...], and therefore could not complete the process, until all the information was verified, in order to keep from double charging me for the room. The whole check-in process took about 45 min. (way too long). However, the hotel staff person who assisted me was very patient and knowledgable. She stayed, even after her shift, to make sure that I got taken care of properly. I really appreciate that!
