Wonderful Hotel; Monstrous General Mngr.
I stayed here While visiting GrandParents. We spent an hour searching for the hotel b/c it is such a new location so it isn't on any GPS (IPhone, Google Maps, ON-star, etc.) When we arrived the trouble finding the hotel was easily made up for by the eager and super friendly staff. The hotel was spotless and even smelled good. The ammenities such as the breakfast and the pool were perfect also. Unfortunately our stay turned into a nightmare when there was a misunderstanding with our departure date. When I inquired about the mixup the mgr continuously interrupted my questions and antagonized my husband and I. She belittled and chastized us for booking through a third party site instead of directly through the hotel. I left the hotel shaking and crying. Too bad my stay was ruined with one bad apple.
