Very nice, clean room. The staff were very friendly & helpful.The only negative was had a non-smoking room but could smell cigarett smoke coming thru the ventilation system.

Wondering
Good overnight stay but have had better.
Room was comfortable and very convenient for our next day meeting. Breakfast wasn't prepared properly. Motel was very crowded so parking wasn't very good. The front desk staff was never at their station so waiting on them was another problem. Overall, we paid a lot for such little service.

Impressed by this hotel
Having never stayed in Somerset I had to choose a hotel blindly. After arriving and seeing what else the town offered I knew I made the right choice. Accomodations were very clean, modern, hotel staff was exemplary in their service. The location could not have been any more convenient for the Master Musicians Festival at the local community college. I did not have the continental breakfast offered but the breakfast room was well-kept as well. Definitely will be back here next year.

Somerset is home of the Master Musicians Festival, an awesome 2 day experience of some of the country's finest musicians. Lots to do in the surrounding area as well; nearby Lake Cumberland, many local shops, beautiful countryside.

Good location, Excellent, friendly staff
Older hotel that could use some updating.Linen clean. Good Mattresses on beds. Breakfast included and was satisfactory. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Site is close to everything. Rate was good. Good place to stay if traveling and not spending alot of time at the hotel. Not the place to stay if you want upgraded amenities but clean, economical place to stay if traveling on a budget.

had stayed at hotel one other and was very impressed this time not so impressed room was not very clean (dusty) sheet did not fit bed when received receipt at checkout was not what i was charged thru [...]$20.00 cheaper

Happy but little disappointed
Overall really clean. Beds very comfortable. Only disappointment was the pool area which is why I picked this motel. Online it showed hottub. They no longer have it. And they have birthday parties during the day and early evening so only had one hr to enjoy the pool with no towels. Had to use room towels. Was looking forward to relaxing at pool area and hotub and I was highly disappointed.
