met my needs
The location of the hotel was easy to find because they had a good sign and other directions from the interstate. My room was not as clean as I would have liked but the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean the pillows were to die for. There was no soap or shampoo in the room so after I got there I had to go back to the desk and request those items.

Good night stay
Just needed a room for the night while we were intown visiting my daughter and her family. We had a very comfortable and clean room. It was nice and quiet and the room was very spacious. We had a little trouble getting checked in as there was no one at the front desk for approx 15-20 mins. I think the gentleman that was working might have been in the restroom but they still should've had someone to cover the front desk while he was away. We even used our phones to try to get someone to answer and come to the desk. Anyway, after the check-in our stay was great. we will definately stay there again on our next trip.

Economical hotel for a one night stay while traveling
The La Quinta Inn at Richmond was very adequate for the one night stay as we were traveling through the area. The room afforded a restful night and a good light breakfast in the morning before traveling on.

Good Value
The La Quinta Inn Richmond was a very good value for the money. Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly. Right next to Cracker Barrel and a gas station. Easy on and off the expressway.
