Traveling with kids
Not what I expected
This was a stop on a long road trip. We had reserved a room with 2 queen beds, and got one with one king bed, so my husband, my two kids, and I were set to sleep in one bed. As we were trying to get the kids down to sleep, we realized that the sink was clogged, decided we could live with that and use the tub instead, but the tub was also stopped. When I say stopped, I mean not a drop went through the drain. Makes you wonder whether the bathroom was cleaned prior to our arrival. We asked to be moved, and we were moved to a disabled room (to be honest, this king bed room was perfectly preparaed for a disabled person, and the manager was quick to move us to another room; kudos to the hotel for that). The bathroom was functional, but the room smelled really bad, and the refrigerator did not work. Cleanliness was not the thing here. On the plus, breakfast was decent and they have an indoor pool that I think we could have used had we stayed a few more hours. We will not be returning to this hotel. There were several other hotels in the area that may have been a better choice.

Good overnight stay
This Holiday Inn Express is undergoing renovations which did not interfer with our stay. Room was clean, Bathroom a little dated, but clean. Handy off of I-75, but the highway it is located on is very busy. Overall, a nice overnight stay.

incredible getaway
We traveled with some friends we havent seen in a while and we shared the room with them so we stayed there and visited and then left to get some dinner, which there are some really good restraunts close by.The only thing i didnt like is that the pool closes at 11pm and it dont open back up until 11am and check out time is 12. so doesnt really give you much time to swim during the day!

Logan roadhouse is right across the street in the shopping center. It has very excellent food!

Richmond stay
We stay in richmond to see our son who attends EKU. We have stayed in another hotel which shall be nameless, that is awful- dirty, staff is nice friendly at all, beds are small and uncomfortable. It is right next to yours. Thank goodness we stayed in your hotel. Finally found something nice
