Convenient and Comfortable
Very convenient to Kentucky Oaks Mall. Room was large, clean and comfortable for the two of us. The continental breakfast had definitely the best presentation and service of any place we stayed on our 1,000+ mile trip but this location was also the most expensive of any of our lodgings during our journey.

Very clean hotel
I had reservations for the hotel already booked and I wanted to add a night. The staff were very friendly and I had no trouble adding a night. Very helpful. Also, the staff at breakfast were kind and wanted to be sure everyting was in order. I coulden't ask for anything more.

Very Impressed
The staff was very friendly. I loved the comfort of the beds and the size of the room. I would stay here again. I was dissapointed that the pool was under construction and we were not told before booking. Becareful because the address Orbitz gave us to get to the hotel is wrong. It needs to be updated.

Quilt Lady
Excellent
My group was travelling to the National Quilt Museum. This hotel was well located for that. We had a room with a jacuzzi and it was super. With a king bed and a hide a bed we slept 4 comfortably. There was a well known restaurant right across the parking lot, making supper very convenient. The hotel's breakfast was outstanding. A nice hot breakfast, not just continental. The staff was all friendly and helpful. If I had the trip to do over again, I would definitely stay here.

Extremely Helpful Staff
My experience started before I even arrived to at the hotel. At about 25 miles before I reached the hotel I had a tire blow out. I called the hotel and asked if they could give me a number for a tow service and that I would be arriving later than expected. The clerk not only called a service for me but asked that I call him back should I get scared while waiting. When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by a concerned and friendly staff. It was wonderful to reach my room and find it to be as clean and comfortable as other reviews said it would be.
