The staff were very approachable and friendly. I appreciated their interest in my welfare.

The hotel was very good. I was disappointed in the pool, it was cold and had a very strong chlorine content and smell. The room and service were excellent.

We booked through this site and received a balance due printout under our door in the morning. When I took it down to the reception area to inquire. The Front Desk person said, "you should never have gotten this". When I mentioned the price they had on this printout was less than I'd been charged through third party, she said, "that's what you get for booking through a third party." I told her we had no soap in our room and hadn't discovered it until morning when we wanted to shower. She said, "you should have checked the room when you arrived and called the front desk." MY FAULT??? She said, "I would have brought you soap this morning." Never an apology. I stood there as she printed out some things so I assumed she was going to hand me a receipt. She looked at me and said, "What are you waiting for....soap?" I asked for the rate printout so I could contact the third party and she said, "no you can't have it. You should have never seen it." I will NEVER stay here again.

We picked this hotel for its convenience to the interstate and price. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived just how nice it was. Very homey, lots of oak and soft seating in the lobby, even a library where you could borrow a book for the night! Our room was equally nice - very comfy, again, very homey. All in all, I give it high ratings. Free hot breakfast and wi-fi too.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and inexcellent condition. The exercise equipment was sturdy and well cared for, and the breakfast was good, fresh, and well maintained.

It was clean and in a good location. The tub glaze was peeling and i would recommend bringing your own pillows but otherwise a nice stay and convenient location. Don't get too excited about the pool, super small and no adult swim hours so we were competing with a soccer team of 8 year olds at 10pm. All and all i would stay there again.

The staff was extremely friendly. The food was very good. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. Fresh chocolate chip cookies at the front desk! What more could you ask for? When visiting our kids, this is our home away from home!

We had a great time in Paducah of all places. The Country Inn & Suites was a great motel. Staff was helpful and the room was exactly what we had hoped for.

Nice clean hotel, breakfast was great, free wifi, and confortable beds.

This location is very nicely located within walking distance to several restaurants and stores while still being far enough off major traffic. I have now stayed at this location several times. The staff is always friendly. The room is very spacious and quiet. I do not have a problem with traffic noise at all. The breakfast is more than adequate and the staff keeps a close eye on it to make sure it is stocked and ready.
