Hotel was being renovated smelled like paint workout facilities not open,spent 10 minutes trying to get someone to answer phone for a wake up call,heater noisey shower whistled so loud afraid I would wake up other rooms

Te hotel was great the staff warm and friendly,I reserved a double room, non-smoking. My room was horrible with lingering smoke and I had to be moved to a single bed room. Not what I reserved,

Good place to spend the night.
Check-in was painless. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was amazing, and the continental breakfast had nice options. The one complaint I had is that the WiFi access (at least on the third floor) was kind of spotty.

Wonderfull location
The hotel was clean, the morning breakfast was real good and changed every day. Set in a beutiful area and easy to get north or south being on the border of Kentucky and Tennesse.We went climbing in the Cumberland Gap park area and it was beutifull every where we looked.

There is so much to see and learn, The Gap sets in the center of a meteior crater and is a very intersting town.
