Clean, nice and convenient. Close to the airport. It was good.

I entered room and noticed immediately curtains barely hanging on the window, no toilet tissue on either of two spindles, cob webs in the corners and most disturbing, the security latch on the door was busted off, I literally put the table in front of the door to be able to get any rest. Location is secluded from any food or care stores.

The front staff was very courteous and helpful which is very important to me. As far as the room it wasn't as nice as I'd hoped. It smelled bad and had some cleanliness issues one of which was a layer of dirt on top of shower surround.

The previous reviews gave me a fright, but it was too late to cancel. Considering it was about 2 miles from Churchill, $97 was not a bad price during Breeders Cup weekend. Too far to walk. All taxi fares were $25 each way, whether you stay in another part of town or 2 miles away. (Distance doesn't matter.) I found motel to be clean, no stains, towels were not excessive worn. I did not hear much airport noise; jet engines, of course, but in the distance. Biggest problem: smoke smell. All out of nonsmoking (really?) it wouldn't have mattered, though-- the vent system is old & cig smoke will waft in anway. Great if you're a smoker going to the races.

Internet didn't work, 35 yards from 8 lane highway, furniture was very cheap, decor was outdated, rooms were in disrepair

The location was great and the staff friendly. The only real issue was teh fact that in some landing patterns, the property is directly under the flight path to the runway and because this is a UPS hub, most of the cargo flights are at night. I was there on a Friday night and there were a bunch of airplanes landing well into the morning. On Saturday however, there were very few to none. In this price range, this was a good choice.

This Hotel was advertised on [...]as a 4Star Hotel in Downtown Louisville. When I arrived at the Hotel in a broken down and dirty Minivan, I was shocked. It was a dirty 1-2 Star Motel/Inn next to a noisy Freeway and Airport Runway. It was a $25 taxi ride to downtown Louisville. They had no "None smoking rooms available and the Indian run Hotel staff were not helpful.My room was dirty, noisy and the bed sheets were used. I insisted on a clean, none smoking room. Which a eventually got.I spent almost one and a half hours talking with your [...]representatives, three in total and was very unhappy with the results. I was offered a credit of $50, then $75 and finally $the cost of one night ($150 I think). You advertised this terrible dirty Inn as a 4 Star hotel and it was not. It is totally misleading and incorrect.

Arrived late at night and alarm was going off. Could not figure how to turn off. TV was not working and toilet had not been flushed. Cigarette burns in bed cover. Not a good experience. Will not return.

This awful cheap, dirty and nasty Hotel is advertised as a 4Star Hotel on [...]. It is a 1 or 2Star Motel as best. It is Dirty, Noisy, Old, Badly organized, Cheap, Cold and run by inexperienced managers.I booked a non smoking room which wasn't available.It's right next to the Freeway and Airport runway. The doors and windows have no seals, so it drafty and noisy.It is a DUMP.

This is a motel that is right off the expressway. I could hear young people partying all night. Pay the extra $20 and stay at any of the other hotels nearby-- it will be definatly worth it!
