Motel 6 Louisville Airport

it was hotel hell, parties went on all night,kept us all awake all night, no service desk open to complain, it was all boarded up and locked, i will never never stay there again in my life

floor of elevator was covered w/sticky stuff..room had NO furniture in the bedroom area, just a stand w/a tv and two beds. No chairs, nothing. the door locks wouldn't open, we reprogramed them and the second set only worked sometimes, one didn't work at all. kitchen fridge didn't work. toilet wouldn't flush correctly. bathroom floor covered with cracking vinyl. stains all over bedroom carpet. sink drain clogged. outlets by bathroom sink didn't work. no wastebaskets in room at all (until we asked for one). no maid service, only brought wastebaskets. no coffee or coffee maker in room (was told there would be, even with a kitchenette). Woman was being kicked out as we got there, police arrived. cooling system fan made loud noise everytime it started up, we had to turn it off or not get any sleep. the front desk staff was very kind, the only good thing I can say about this hotel.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. We did not feel safe, the rooms were incredibly dirty and outdated. There were constant stream of non-hotel guests hanging out in the parking lot. Another guest mentioned that their car had been broken in to during the evening. No matter what the cost difference is, do not stay here.

Bad experience..went up to my room and there was a party going on next door..could hear yelling and music through the walls..toilet was leaking water onto floor..very large puddle

iT WAS NASTY,DIRTY NOT CLEAN AT ALL!THEY HAD DOGS LOOSE IN THEIR RUNNING AROUND.THE TOILET WOULD NOTR FLUSH.THE CARPEST WERE STAINED REALY BAD AND THEY STINK OF DOGS ,THEY HAD FLEAS.BUGS !I WILL NOT GO BACK OR STAY AT MOTEL 6 WAS KIDS OFF THE STREET RUNNING IN AND OUT ASKING PEOPLE TO BUY THEM ALCHOLE !ALL I CAN SAY NEVER NEVER AGAIN.I HAD RESERVATION AND COULDNT CHECK IN TILL AFTER THEY GOT A ROOM AVABLE THEY KEEP SAYING COME BACK LATTER REDICULESS.

Needed a place for two days, did not leave anything in the room while I was not there. very unsecure area. but it was a room, very dirty, but not housekeepings fault, it is the owners. Fix it up and have a security gate and entrance / exit monitor and you could get over $100 per night. It just seems that the owner is just socking the little money he gets and does not spend more than he needs to. It is ashame, the staff is fantastic!

I attended the National Gospel Quartet Convention at Freedom Hall. This was a GREAT stay.

needed a close cheap place to Churchill Downs. 10 minutes away. staff was great (received fedex boxes for me). room was clean. problem was condition of bathroom. good thing I don't soak in tub. BUT...got what I paid for. oh close to airport (helpful when leaving early in AM).

ATTENDED A TOY SHOW FOR THE 3 DAYS. THE ROOM WAS JUST OK. ALLS I NEEDED WAS THE SHOWER AND BED. OTHERWISE I WAS NOT THERE.

BEDDING NOT CHANGED EVERYDAY. STAFF WAS NOT WILLING TO COOPERATE WITH SMALL REQUEST. NEED TO HAVE MORE PROFESSIONALISM. ROOMS SHOULD COME WITH MICROWAVE OVEN.
