Fantastic Find
This hotel is Fantastic!! Everything is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The staff is super friendly and they go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The complimentary breakfast is superb!! Better than any other hotel I've stayed in. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Louisville or the surrounding area.

Relaxing Time
Hyatt Places are consistently a great place to stay and this was no exception. The bed is comfortable. The room layout is conducive to watching TV either in bed or on the couch. The TV hookups for extra devices clear and easy to use. And breakfast had more variety than many similar chains. My only negative is no microwave or safe in the room. The shower head was also broken so didn't give all the massage options.

Short walk from hotel
Very short and safe walk to several restaurants: Carrabbas, Bonefish Grill, Mimi's Cafe and Panera are all less than a quarter mile by an access road off of the main highway.

The room has two sinks both of which were clogged because of which I was disappointed. Other than that the room was nice.

Decent Stay for Decent Pay
Good value for price paid. Front Desk staff were very helpful at check-in. Room was adequate.

Very Surprised
Wow, was I blown away! I did not except this level of comfort. Great concept for a hotel. All others could take a lesson from The Hyatt Place!

Clean, roomy and comfortable.
10 minutes away from Churchill Downs. Staff was very friendly and helpful with special requests. Will stay here again when in Louisville.

dissapointed in room change
We had booked a King size bed but when we got to the room we realized we had a room with 2 double beds . Thinking they made a mistake we returned to the front desk and were told since it was booked through a 3rd party and the hotel was full that was all they had available but funny thing when we check in originally we overheard the clerk telling another customer they could pick which type of room they preferred. Also our airconditoner made a loud rattling noise when on , beside these things the room was spacious.
