A relaxing getaway for business and pleasure travelers
The Breckinridge Inn Hotel & Convention Center is located less than 10 minutes from Louisville Airport, as well as the city's many business, cultural, entertainment, dining, and shopping attractions. The Breckinridge features both indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, and flexible meeting facilities. Getting to and from the hotel from the airport is easy aboard the free shuttle. Pets are allowed.

Great Hotel!

Cozy Place to Rest Your Head
The indoor pool was nicely heated. Great way to relax and get some exercise. Comfy beds, heaters worked well. The dogs liked the space in the room. Relaxing...

Old, but well kept
Stopped here on the way through Kentucky, mainly because the hotel allowed dogs. The hotel was a little past its prime, and the neighborhood seemed a little rough, but the hotel was clean and well-maintained and the staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was atrocious.

Convenience and affordability
We stayed at the Breckinridge Inn when in Louisville for the NCAA Division II Midwest Region Cross Country Championship. It was a 15 minute drive to E.P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park, site of the races. There is abundant dining and shopping available closeby, along Shelbyville road both sides of I-264. In the hotel is a nice pool/hot tub/exercise facility, too. The hotel is kept up very well and the room was clean and confortable. A continental breakfast started our day with a reasonable selection for food. I'd stay there again!

Unremarkable
The service staff was not very responsive and sounded rude. The bathtub was broken and then plastered. The rooms were not clean and old. The corridors are long and windy and rooms located far off resulting in a need to haul up your luggage for a distance. It was easy to be lost and took a while to figure out because of lack of proper signage. Continental breakfast was good though.
