Hotel staff was very accomodating! Nice restaurant / bar, but service was slow. Clean rooms/small fitness area/pool and ... jacuzzi. Close to stores and restaurants. Would go there again.

Have to wait for the breakfast. I stayed three nights. Had breakfast only once. They have the coupon system not a buffet. ... Only one person worked at the restaurant on weeknights!

Great price, service, only one complaint

Check in was like they were just waiting for me to arrive, very quick and friendly. Got in about 9pm and the ... restaurant/lounge was open until 10pm. I had not eaten so I had a sandwich. Very quick prompt service. Good food. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The only complaint is that I called and asked for a wake up call and never received a call. I feel this is very important when on business. I always have a back up so no harm but they need to make that priority.

We did not spend much time in the hotel, so we did not get to try out the pool or fitness center or restaurant. The hotel ... was pretty old and the decor wasn't that great-looking, and the elevator was very slow and smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom smelled strange and the fan in the bathroom made a very loud and annoying noise. However, it was clean and the bed was nice, and the air conditioner worked well, so it provided everything we needed in a hotel for our trip. All in all, not bad, though I wouldn't stay here if you are planning to spend a lot of time in your hotel room.

It was a great location coming from the north off of I-71 and hitting 264. Great place to hit all areas of Louisville ... including U of L, malls, and downtown!
