Eh. One big issue
The rooms were decent enough. Nothing too crazy. They seemed clean enough, and there was enough room to move around. The first and second floors are motel-style, and since they are right next to the highway, you hear a lot of noise. The third floor is enclosed and the room noise was much more bearable. Easy access to highways. The breakfast was decent. However, they had two toasters, and both of them were broken. Only half of the slots worked at all, and they only toasted on one side. Toasters are like $30. Fix this. I did encounter one issue. My first room was on the third floor. I think they just recently replaced the doors, at least I hope they did. The peephole in my door that allows me to look out and see who is in the hallway was put in backwards! Anyone walking down the hall could simply look though and see right in my room! I didn't notice it for a couple of days, and when I brought it up to the guy at the front desk, he seemed indifferent. He said that maintenance couldn't do anything about it until the next day, and when I asked for a different room he said that the only rooms available would cost me more money. (The 'upgraded' rooms had a small fridge and a microwave) Later I checked the other rooms to see if they were installed backwards, and found one other room that was. I went back to the front desk and told him about that one as well, but he barely looked up from whatever he was reading to acknowledge me. I would have expected him to care a little bit more. After all, this was a serious privacy issue where anyone could look in and see me sleeping. While I was gone for the day, they could have also looked in to see that I had a laptop in my room and tried to break in. Hotel management: Please put your best people at the front desk. This guy barely spoke English, and didn't care about the guests at all. Overall, you probably won’t have the same problems I did (unless you stay in room 315 or 334) but don’t expect great service.

Great for the price
The staff was cheery and helpful, even on Christmas Eve when I'm sure they would have preferred to be at home. The breakfast was really good. There were even yogurt and waffles. The room was pretty small, but we only slept there, so it was OK. Not much of a fitness room, but we ended up watching football instead of working out, so it didn't make much difference to us.

Not worth it
The customer service was horrible. The hotel only had half of what it actually offered. The coffee maker did not work and when I asked for a replacement all they said was no. They didn't try to find one from another room or anything. I asked for a wake up call and they didn't call. I didn't even get an apology. I will not be staying here ever again!!!

Dissatisfied Customer
Our check in person was the owner who spoke broken english.. needed the American girl next to him to translate. Needed a key card just to access the elevator, which was extremely slow. Room was clean but rough looking.. tiny bathroom. Had to zig zag through access roads every time I wanted to go North on Hurstbourne Road. Probably won't stay there again.
