Great value great people

I was pleasantly surprised- I simply needed a room to sleep for a 2 day seminar - the hotel exceeded my expectation. The staff was friendly and helpful to everyone that I observed. The room was VERY clean with no hint of odors. Breakfast was typical - warm/fresh with helpful staff. I would strongly recommend this property.

Very nice n clean

The hotel and room were very nice and very clean. The room was big. The beds seemed comfortable but my travel companion and I both awoke with sore backs and necks (this may be the beds or due to the fact we had driven for 2.5 days, stopping each night to sleep at best westerns but hadn't been sore up to that point) the staff was very polite but the wifi connection in our room was non existent and when we asked about this we were just given a 1 800 number and told to call them and no further assistance was given. Overall I give them a 3.5 of 5.

Ruby Tuesday's about 7 miles away is delicious the service was amazing and everyone was incredibly nice!

Decent Hotel

The room was comfortable enough for the short duration we stayed there. Only suggestions for improvements would be to have the showers actually drain the water and a better variety of breakfast. The fact that breakfast was available at 6 was fantastic! And that there were non-feather pillows was exceptional!!

Miserable place to stay

My flight was late and I was looking for a few hours of comfortable sleep, thos was the wrong place. Some noise started about 7am and did not stop and the water is the shower was barely warm!! The room was cheap and still not worth it!!!

Good Location

Hallway smelled of smoke eventhough most of the rooms on our wing were non-smoking. The continental breakfast was not very good.

Good but needs some care , and their trying

Breakfast needs loving care. Eggo waffles will never beat good fresh waffles. Splurge and buy waffle makers. Add more flavor coffee creamers. Room had running toilet constently . Air conditioner was so loud when it clicked on it wake us up at night. Needs to do some maintenance. But Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was great and helpful. We will go back next year as they were doing upgrading and painting , hope some maintenance can be done in room 227.

At kentucky expo and it was easy to get back and forth from. And good resturant near by

bring earplugs

Room was 30 feet from the interstate and insulation was very poor. You could hear which trucks had recaps. Horns and sirens made the experience complete. Will not stay there again.
