Great stay
Great stay,clean room free hot breakfast for the whole family in the resturant. As nice if not nicer than some of the more expensive places i've stayed in.The staff was nice and friendly, had no complaints with the stay even know it was just one night.

Quality Experience
I was in Louisville for the Breeder's Cup horse races. The hotel was conveniently located from the airport and Churchill Downs was accessible by freeway from the hotel. However, a rental car was necessary. No shuttle from the motel was available to access the airport. The restaurant was more than adequate and the hours convenient. A complimentary eggs and bacon (etc.) breakfast was also a bonus. My room was large and comfortable with the usual amenities. It was clean and the bed had a lovely duvet and sheets covered the blanket.....a huge plus!! Staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed with a full house which affected their demeanor. All in all, my experience at the Envoy was comfortable and in all ways a fine operation.

Family Graduation
We had a wonderful stay@ the Best Western Louisville East. It was outside the main drag but yet just a few minutes away from downtown. Close to the Louisville Slugger Museum & the Science Museum. On the 2nd day we were without water because of the water co. but the mgr made arrangements for us to move to the Baymont Inn & Suites. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Super place for a small business trip
It was a great location coming from the north off of I-71 and hitting 264. Great place to hit all areas of Louisville including U of L, malls, and downtown!

Great price, service, only one complaint
Check in was like they were just waiting for me to arrive, very quick and friendly. Got in about 9pm and the restaurant/lounge was open until 10pm. I had not eaten so I had a sandwich. Very quick prompt service. Good food. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The only complaint is that I called and asked for a wake up call and never received a call. I feel this is very important when on business. I always have a back up so no harm but they need to make that priority.
