Holiday Inn Express in London, KY
We arrived about 10 pm. We had no problems locating the hotel since it is located just off Interstate 75. We were coming to London for the Redbud Ride - a bicycle ride through the countryside around London. The hotel was clean, modern, convenient and the staff was courteous.

Frustrated
Couldn't get a manager to call back
We had an travel issue and called to talk to a manager. The guy at the desk was friendly but couldn't make the decision re: our issue so said he would leave a message with the manager to call me. I called back the next day after no call, the same nice front desk guy told me "so and so", a certain manager, was to handle it. I called two more times asking for "so and so" . .. NO CALL BACK, NO MESSAGE, ZIP!... after a total of 4 calls from me ( with pleasant "please call me" messages I might add) With that type of customer service from a MANAGER, I would choose another hotel. Our trip was cancelled so we never used the hotel( there was no NA option when writing the review)nor did I ever hear back from the manager.

One of the best Holiday Inn Express
Very friendly and helpful. "Very good" Mexican restraunt nearby. Tell them where your staying and get 10% off the total bill.

A little disappointing
Check in was a little slow. The room configuration was disappointing--we expected more of a separation between the bedroom and sitting areas. The room was very clean and the bed and shower/jacuzzi tub were both outstanding. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Other HI Expresses we've stayed at were much better. First, they were only open until 0930 on a Sunday. Then, they started closing up shop 10-15 minutes early and didn't bother to put out fresh food that had run out or their famous cinnamon rolls. Won't stay at this particular HI Express again--still like the brand.

Would stay again when given the chance
I was very pleased with the overall experience at this establishment. It was very clean and enough room for all of us. We took 2 queen rooms for 4 adults and 4 children. There is a variety of restaurants to choose from. The pool could have been a little bit warmer but no biggy to the kids. I could have been charged twice for this room but had to state that I had already pre-paid via Orbitz to avoid that second charge. I would stay here again, if and when, I get the chance.
